JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️Filipino national proficient in French language both verbal and written
✔️Can Communicate in English (Conversational)
✔️At least two years of college required or completion of a vocational course or any related.
✔️With Customer Service experience is an advantage
✔️Open for Undergrad and Bachelor’s Degree holder
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Provide assistance and information via phone, web, email, and chat in French and English.
➤Listen and resolve customer’s concerns, issues, or questions
➤Analyze and resolve problems received from the customer
➤Prepare reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
➤Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
➤Perform other related tasks needed
